Let’s breathe together
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
WELCOME TO BREATHWORK EMBODIED
If you're here, something already caught your attention.
Maybe someone shared this with you.
Maybe you stumbled across it at the right moment.
Or maybe your body simply whispered, yes.Wherever you're coming from, you're welcome here.
Breathwork Embodied offers guided, music-supported breathwork experiences designed to help regulate the nervous system, process emotions, and reconnect you with your body. This is a somatic practice, meaning we work through the body's wisdom rather than trying to think our way through every experience.
I'm a certified breathwork facilitator with a bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, bringing together evidence-based respiratory science with the transformative power of intentional breathing. By consciously changing our breathing patterns, we influence carbon dioxide balance, oxygen delivery, and the nervous system, creating the conditions for greater clarity, regulation, and emotional release.
WHAT A SESSION FEELS LIKE
Every session begins with a gentle transition from the outside world into the present moment. Depending on the gathering, we may begin with grounding practices, intention setting, or ceremonial cacao before moving into the guided breathwork journey.
From there, you'll be supported by carefully curated music and gentle guidance as your breath becomes the vehicle for the experience.
No two sessions are exactly alike.
You may feel deeply relaxed.
You may experience emotional release.
You may notice tingling sensations, vivid imagery, unexpected insights, or simply a profound sense of calm.Whatever arises is welcome.
There is no right or wrong experience, only your own.

Each space is different, but the intention remains the same: to create a grounded environment where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the intelligence of your own breath.
ONE BREATH AT A TIME
This practice isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about creating enough space to remember who you are beneath the noise, stress, and constant doing.
You don't have to perform.
You don't have to know how to meditate.
You don't have to get it right.Simply arrive as you are.
Your breath already knows the way.
I look forward to breathing with you.
